Many books have been written about Parkinson’s Disease. The following are a few that are frequently found in the libraries of those living in The Villages and surrounding areas.

The Villages is fortunate to have its own PD authors. Jane Masterson and Edmund H. Smith, Jr. have co-authored an informative book entitled Our Parkinson’s Disease Instruction Manual. The book addresses things that medical professionals often do not have time to discuss with their patients. The highly-rated book can be purchased at

The Monday morning Tierra Del Sol support group has a book library. Most of the Parkinson’s Foundation books are in the library and available to be signed out.
