Parkinson’s Support Groups – All are Welcome!
Those with Parkinson’s disease that live in and nearby The Villages, Florida, are fortunate because there are eleven Parkinson’s support groups readily available to them. Parkinson’s disease support groups are reported by many health professionals to help participants achieve best quality of life.
Some support groups offer exercise, some focus on Parkinson’s disease education, others are for care partners, and one is for women with Parkinson’s disease.

The Villages Support Groups
No need to call ahead, just show up!
Sunday 1:30 – 3 p.m. @ Chatham Recreation Center
Popular with Couples. Sit/stretch plus exercise to music and BIG/LOUD plus education and support.
Folks often go out for late lunch/early dinner after the meeting.

Mostly Men/Women Welcome. Sit/stretch plus exercise to music, discussion, and support.
